Paid for Jotform and it is malfunctioning

    Good Morning,

     I need to speak with someone that can help me figure out why I am recieving emails of timesheets from a month ago, also, we have been having alot of duplicate timesheet emails coming through so I am wondering if this is something that you can fix? We enjoy using jotform but have been having alot of issues with it lately. Is there someone who can call me at our office? If so, the number is 337-233-2096.

    Unfortunately, we do not currently provide phone support, but we are more than happy to address your inquiries here on our online support system.

    After checking your account, I have found that you currently have many active forms and I am unaware of which one is causing the issue.

    Could you kindly share the URL of the form(s) in question?

    In the meantime, since you are mentioning that you have received old timesheets via email, is it possible that you have submitted an old form? Or have you perhaps left an outdated email in one of your forms that are still sending upon submission?

    We will wait for your response to continue investigating this issue.

     It is my "UMS Facility E-Time slip" my workers fill them out and submit it. I set the form up to where it goes to my email and I am seeing duplicate forms of that "E-Time Slip" and today I got another form that was submitted in July, my worker did not submit the timesheet because I called her earlier to ask if she had submitted it and told me no. There would not be any way for her to submit the exact form being there is a place for the facility to sign.

    Hello @Lanclos,

    Thank you for providing the form in question and for the additional details.

    I've taken a look at your UMS Facility E-Time slip form and I am not seeing any duplicate submission in your submissions page. I also search the email records for your form and it seems that the Notification emails are being sent to the email address

    After looking through all of the submission emails that were sent today August 25th, 2020, it seems that all are from submissions that were also made today. If you want to check this for yourself, you can track all your emails on your account History page.

    Please check your email history and let us know which emails are being sent from old submissions. Also, if you fid duplicated submissions, kindly provide the submission IDs so we can check them as well from our end.
