I have managed to get the new version of jot form up and running with help from the forum. :-)
But now my problem is, when there are new submissions, the notification email doesn't come through on firstname.lastname@example.org
However when i send a test email from the form setup itself, the test does come through.

I've check your form, and you have all the recommended setting with the Sender Email. Please refer to this guide on how you can prevent this issue from happening: How To Setup Email Alerts To Prevent NOT Receiving Email Alerts.
Another option would be to setup an SMTP Account using Mandrill. Please refer to this guide: Send Form Emails From Your Own Email Address: JotForm Now Support SMTP

In addition, please try to check your Spam Folder. See if the messages have been filtered per your Email Account Settings. If the notifications are there, please add email@example.com to your Safe Sender List and or Contact List.
