HIPAA: How to change my account username?

    Please.... this is the second time now that I'm requesting to change my username. Please change it to DrRockman.

    It is currently set to LLatini

    I see indeed your other ticket where you received a response about why it's not possible to change your username, please check the response here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2496673 

    In order to update your username, you will need to disable the HIPAA compliance, we will change the username and you can enable the HIPAA compliance again. 

    You can do this on the data section of your account settings, here is the direct link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data
