Please.... this is the second time now that I'm requesting to change my username. Please change it to DrRockman.
It is currently set to LLatini

In order to update your username, you will need to disable the HIPAA compliance, we will change the username and you can enable the HIPAA compliance again.
You can do this on the data section of your account settings, here is the direct link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data
