Registration and scheduling for Flu Clinics

I am a nurse at the Teton County Heath Department is Wyoming. We are looking to streamline or flu clinic process and also reduce our patient contact time but utilizing an online platform for scheduling and registration. We have several questions about how this process might look for us. 

-We currently use Office Ally for our billing. Can JotForm integrate with Office Ally? If not, What is the best way to collect the information for billing to input data?

-What type of support staff is available for training? Is there a local representative?

-Can we use a QR code for patients to access the scheduling and registration?

-Can a language preference be selected right away?

You must be referring to this Office Ally https://cms.officeally.com/ . From the details I got, it was related to clearing house payment features. 

I suggest you check on JotForm Stripe ACH payment integration also. I think it has the same features.
