Why keep receiving duplicate letters?

    After the customer fills out my form, I have set the mailbox to receive the order in my mailbox, but it has been good before, and the customer fills in one and I receive an email. I don’t know what happened recently, and I will keep receiving it repeatedly. A form filled out by the same guest! And I’m sure it’s not the customer to fill out the form for the second time, because the filling time in the order is the same! But your system keeps sending letters at different times!!!!! What is going on?

    There are still many notices, but they were deleted by me. This has caused me troubles and made me wonder how many times a guest has booked!

    Hi there,

    Both of these submissions are different from each other. You are receiving duplicates of these two submissions? In case if you have already deleted all the duplicates then it won't be possible for us to check them.

    If you receive the duplicates submissions again then please do not remove them and send all the duplicates here so we can further investigate the issue.
