I was trying to downgrade my membership, and I clicked "accept" thinking it was to accept downgrade but the website misrepresented my information and charged me for the annual plan instead.
i want a refund ASAP

Let me just clarify that if I cancel your subscription, your account will be downgraded to Free since the different of your Bronze plan that was paid on August 4, 2020 has been adjusted when you accidentally upgraded for Bronze yearly.
Just confirm that you want to fully cancel your subscription now and downgrade your account back to free and we'll refund the most recent payment.
