How do reports update?

1) How do reports update? I played around with some filler text submissions today. It took some 5-10 min for them to appear in a report presentation, but when I created a new report - all but the first one disappeared.

The report should update directly after you make a submission, I have just tested one of my reports and the submission appeared directly.

I have attempted to create multiple reports as well but there were no missing submissions in any of them.

Could you tell us how the issue is happening exactly and in which form did you face this?
