Just wanted to let you know that there are added spaces (that appear randomly) in text when I download a PDF and try to copy/paste from it.  Here are a few examples:

    https : //www . facebook. com/pages /L ittleton-Wes t-AnimalHos pital/432698756751743?ref= hl

    Should be:  https://www.facebook.com/pages/Littleton-West-AnimalHospital/432698756751743?ref=hl

    Here is an example paragraph:

A  different kind of veterinary care where people feel like they
are heard and res pected.  T hey trus t in our care becaus e we
s pend the time to make s ure all of their concerns  are
addres s ed,  and they unders tand the health of their pet
becaus e of the detailed communication and education we
provide.  T hey s ee the s ame vet every time and build a
relations hip and partners hip,  making decis ions  together for
the optimum health of their pets .

I'm not sure what can be done to alleviate this issue.

I was able to replicate the same issue and the reason why this happens is because PDFs sometime include space characters themselves  when copied. PDF files are also sometimes encoded differently causing spacing/extra space to be added. A work around to this issue is to Print the form as PDF using Google Chrome. Please follow the step below to help resolve the issue.

On the print preview window, click Change button and select Save as PDF to save the submission on PDF format.

If it this solution does not work for you, please do contact us again and we will try to look for another solution that would work best for you.

I have also forwarded your concern to our developers and see if it they can do something about the PDF formatting you are experiencing but I cannot guarantee anything as this is mostly a PDF issue.
