How to avoid Jotform Duplicates?

    Good Morning, I have a problem with my Form, which is getting duplicates. 

    I found out that the problem when the form is used in the phone, and you don't close the tab, later in the day, the browser is opened again, the tab is reloading and is submitting the form again. is there any way that I can stop that? The forms trigger a message to the client, and it is annoying for the client to get duplicate messages. 

    The form is used for my salesforce, so they are using the form multiple times per day (so it doesn't help have the browser to close automatically the tabs per day), and because the salespeople are outside the company, I can not give them access to the login in Jotform so they cant use the Jotform app.

    I was able to find out how to avoid this problem. 

    I just changed the thank you page for an external link, so when someone opens the browser again will appear "my link" or a link for a thank you GIF. so it won't appear the Thank you form Jotform that was the one triggering the submission again (when you open the browser again).  

    I had too many problems in the past for this, and finally, I found out the solution (so far).  Hopefully will help somebody else too.
