What is the file size maximum for submission uploads within jot form document?

We are asking participants to upload multiple high resolution images with their jot form submission form. Is there a limit as to size they can upload, and where is it stored?

Do I download from your storage space to my ONE DRIVE file storage area? Or are they stored on Jot Form storage area?

Is it possible to have someone call me to discuss?

    Hi Anne,

Thank you for reaching out, I'm sorry but we don't provide phone support as of the moment but I'd be happy to help you through this ticket.

    - It is 1GB per File Upload field and the maximum files JotForm can receive are 25 files per submission.

If you're using the multiple file upload and you have 25 file uploads in the form then you can receive up to 25GB per submission. However, please note that you can only receive 25 files per submission, even if you allow a multiple numbers of files in your file uploads, Jotform will not accept the 26th file.

    Thank you for the information.
Another question I have, we are using STRIPE for the Fee collection payment method. We are a non-profit and the 2.3% processing fee Stripe charges us per transaction. These processing fees start to add up, particularly because our submissions fees act as our fundraiser. On our website store/woo commerce, we were able to add a STRIPE plug-in to pass on the 2.3% processing fee to the submitter’s invoice/checkout and receive our total submission fee without any reductions. Is there a way to have the STRIPE Payment Processing Integration Tool add these processing fees on to the credit card submission? In other words if our submission fee is $2,500, the added processing fee of $57.50 would be added on to the total amount and paid by the submitter and not deducted from our fee. We are sales tax exempt, so there is no tax added.

Hoping there is a solution for this.
Also, if we use the Dropbox file storage integration tool. What is the max number of files and size submitter can upload in one submission? This may be a better tool for us in this situation.
How do we extract the data collection spreadsheet for the form questions?

    Hi,

I have moved your question regarding Stripe on another ticket, please check it HERE for easier tracking purposes.

Dropbox individual max file size is 1GB. You might want to check this guide if you want to limit your file upload size limit: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit
