PDF sent blank

    On multiple occasions the PDF sent via email does not have the fields filled in but they were completed. I can go into Jotforms and retrieve the submission, but that is not ideal.

    Two questions:

    1. Why is this happening?

    2. Why can I not download (off jotforms) the converted form/PDF as it should appear, but only the field info?

    I included a document that shows the original email and the blank attachment, as well as what I can pull from the online submission list (does not look like our PDF).

    I just tried cloning the form and made test submission to it, however, I wasn't able to replicate the issue.

    As you can see here, I received the original PDF as an attachment:



    Could you please try setting up a new EMAIL NOTIFICATION then make a test submission? See if the original PDF gets attached to the email.

    Please try that and let us know how it goes.
