Special Characters in Form Submissions?

    Hi there,

I recently switched my web forms over to a HIPAA compliant JotForm solution, but my patients are having a lot of trouble submitting their information since the forms won't accept ANY punctuation at all. No commas, periods, hyphens, etc.

Is there a setting I need to turn on or off to allow my patients to use these special characters? It's a major problem.

Let me know how to fix this. Thanks!

Please try to re-embed your form using the iFrame method and see if that will fix the issue. I also cleared your form caches in an attempt to fix the issue.

    Guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Well, it turned out that, for some reason, AlphaNumeric validation was selected for paragrph text fields...ugh. Sorry to waste your time, but thanks for the quick solution and for flushing our form cache.
