You have 32 forms. To which one are you referring?

Can you see all my forms????
- JotForm SupportabajanAnswered on May 12, 2011 at 11:12 PM
Yes, Jenny because I'm part of the JotForm support team. Not only can I see your forms but I can also login to your account if need be to assist you with anything (although, only you know your password). Don't worry. Regular members can neither see your list of forms nor login to your account.
So, which form is it?
- hillsleyAnswered on May 12, 2011 at 11:17 PMAt the moment, I am working on a form I have named SAMPLE FORM - JUST TESTING.
In the Job Type box, I need to select Removal which is no problem. When I select removal, I need to have all references to Signage type to be hidden for the rest of the form. I can get the signage box to disappear, but not the next 4 pages which have other signage options attached. I hope this makes sense.

Okay thanks. I see the form understand what you wish to do. In all likelyhood one or more of the other members of our team will take over while I get some "shut eye" but we will figure out what conditions need to be created for your form to function as it should.

Jenny, both the clone of your form (cloned before I posted my last reply) and your present form seem to be working fine. When I selected "Removal" in the "Job Type" field, completed the other fields on that first page and clicked "Next", it took me to the last page of the form. Furthermore, just to ascertain that it was not a browser issue, I tested the functionality in the five major browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Safari) and all of them took me to the submission page when "Removal" was chosen. Is this not what you wanted?

Hi again Jenny
Your latest post to this thread showed up in my email but for some reason, not here. I noticed this happen a few times today with some other users. Must be some sort of glitch.
Anyway, for the benefit of others who may be following this thread, here is your message:
"Abajan, I believe this is exactly what I wanted. I will try it again. Do the changes all happen in real time, or does it happen overnight? When I made changes a couple of weeks ago, they didn't work until the next day. Is this right?
That should not be, Jen. If autosave is enabled (by default it is) updates to the live form occur within within a few seconds of changes made in the form builder. If autosave is not enabled, the same update interval obtains after changes are saved by the user.
Perhaps the cache of the browser needs clearing. Try viewing the form with a different browser to the one in which edits are made and see if you can view the updates much sooner.
As always, please feel free to continue pursuing this issue with us until it is resolved to your satisfaction.
