Hello, we have had Kinder parents contacting us saying they can't access the form to fill out next years kinder enrollment form. I think they said it had reached it's quota. I have cleaned out the submissions inbox but parents are still unable to access it. Are you able to give me some advice on how to fix the problem?

I recalculated your submissions/uploads count on our end and reactivated your account. Your forms should display properly again.
