I have paid for the upgrade but it is not reflecting on my JotForm Account

    Good Afternoon,

    I upgraded my package to the $9.95/m option yet my profile is not reflecting it yet. Can you please confirm that my account has been properly upgraded?

    Yes I can see that you have paid for a premium subscription.

    I have manually upgraded your account to premium.

    You should receive the receipt of your payment on this email address. marypreheim@gmail.com

    So from now on, the charges will be made on the 7th of each month only.
