Is it possible to save or created the spreadsheet for a Google team drive?

If I understood the issue here properly then you do want to send your submissions to Google Drive ? If so then here is a guide to help you accomplish it.

If you are trying to change the location of Sheets folder in drive then you have to locate the folder and share with drive (Team drive).Follow the guide below to achieve the workaround.
