Changing Reference Number in FirstData Integration

    Is there a way to change the Reference number to something else that matches another accounting system?

    Hello! I believe that you're referring to the 14 digit "Transaction ID" which is shown as "Reference Number" on FirstData (screenshot attached for reference).

    Unfortunately, it won't be possible to change this format. You can only change Invoice ID which I believe you already did as I checked your form.
