Acct isn’t working and my forms are gone

    I made a form and now it says it’s been disabled and my login isn’t working. Please help! It’s my Nightmare Before Christmas form

    Unfortunately due to Credit Card number field being collected your form was banned by our Auto Phishing Detector . If you allow us to delete such fault fields then we can activate your form. Please let us know.

    In the mean time check about our Payment Processors to embed in Jotform to collect Payments (without violating Terms and Conditions) and not get bothered by auto suspension algorithms.

    hello! I was unaware, that is fine. For future reference that fault should be removed from your site considering its a violation of your Terms and Agreements, it also defeats the purpose of taking orders. 

    please do whatever needs to be done so I can have my order form reposted. Thanks!

    As per this page ,Jotform Terms of Use you cannot collect any credentials and private information in plain text Field. By plain text field I mean the Short Text field or any fields related to Basic Elements of Builder.

    You can use our Payment Integrations to add payment in Product List elements.

    For now I have deleted the faulty fields you should be able to access your form.
