Users cannot upload their photos to our forms.

Thank you so much. One question in one of our forms we ask people to upload a picture of their driver license, they are contacting us the they cannot do it. Do you know why? The form is the first rescponder form.

The issue is that you are using the "image choice" widget which doesn't allow users to upload images.

You can either use the "file upload" field that you are currently using for the credentials.

You can also use the image upload preview widget.
