Forms - Zoom Webinar

    I need to create one form to be used for several scheduled zoom webinars. Can I use the free (5 forms) subscription? Or are subscriptions based on the number of times the form is used?  All I am changing is the date and URL to the Zoom webinar.

    For a free account, you can create up to 5 forms. You can also receive up to 100 form submissions and your forms can be viewed up to 1,000 per month.
