Share form template with another account?

Good afternoon,

I would like to share the content (details, formatting, etc.) with another person so they can use this form on their JotForm account instead?  I just want to send it to that person and not publish it to a community, etc.  Can you please let me know if this is possible?

We can transfer the form to the person if you want to transfer it to their account.

If you don't want the form to be public you can add a password to your form.

Good morning!  I would love for you to just transfer it over to their account.

The form in question on my account is called Equipment Check In/Out Sheet and the user who would receive it is wileyr.

Is that enough to get it transferred?  If not please let me know what else you need.
