Non-medical use of your HIPPA package

Hello! I'm interested to learn more about your HIPPA package. Am I able to create and customize my forms with branding, as I wish. Or, do I have to use your chosen templates?

I'd like to consider it for a project other than medical that requires a three tier user defined roles. Owner, admin and user.

Please note that HIPAA compliance is an option for Silver and Gold subscription plans. If you are working with PHI, then you may be required to enable HIPAA compliance on your account. When the HIPAA compliance is enabled, the account shall be moved to HIPAA compliant server in which some features are restricted. Otherwise, you may create the forms normally.
