How to use the Archive and Folder features?

Asked by fastlanetravel on August 08, 2013 at 10:10 AM

I see you have an archive feature, but have not figured out how to move anything there.

I went to MY FORMS... I put a checkmark in the box next to the form... I clicked on ARCHIVE... nothing happens.

Can you please point me to some instructions on how to manage forms?  Once archived, are they still accessible?

Also, I made a folder... but again, not sure how to get anything into it.

    Let me know...

    Thank you.

    Hi!,

It should work, could you try Clearing your browser cache and cookies and trying again?

an other way to move your forms is by dragging them up to the desired folder.

Once the forms are archived they are accessible any time you want, also you can unarchive them.

Please let us know if you need further assitance

    Thanks
