Our sign up form has a credit card processing, but I am not 100% that it goes to our square account as I never received confirmation. HELP!!

If you are referring to your Upgrade payments, you may check your JotForm Account Invoices, to do so, kindly go to your SETTINGS > BILLINGS > INVOICE > View.
If the payment was successful it will show up the billing tab, if not, only the upgrade page will be available.
