How do I know where payments are going?

    Our sign up form has a credit card processing, but I am not 100% that it goes to our square account as I never received confirmation. HELP!!

    Thank you for reaching support,

    If you are referring to your Upgrade payments, you may check your Jotform Account Invoices, to do so, kindly go to your SETTINGS > BILLINGS > INVOICE > View.

    If the payment was successful it will show up the billing tab, if not, only the upgrade page will be available.
