I have two incomplete submissions on my forms. Since this is our first time working with jotform, how do I complete the submissions and how can I be n

    notified that I have incomplete submissions? They Are in Create-A-Canvas and Kids Night Out. Thank you for your support and help

    Incomplete submission payments mean that your users changed their mind at last minute.

    However, it might happen that they still completed this, but the notification with the incomplete one came first. So if you are sure the order was paid, simply go to the submission page

     

    and click on Incomplete Payments button, find the order, double click on it  and complete it

     

    You can enable pending payments emails

    1. Click on Properties (gear icon) find the Option Pending Payment E-mail and set it to Yes

    oh well, i did the complete submission thing before you replied. Their paypal account won't be charged though, right? Is there anyway to reverse a submission and make it incomplete? They are good customers and know they will understand and I will refund if I goofed, but don't want to get unnecessarily charged. Thanks.

    one more questions... the incomplete submission from the Kids Night Out went to my email after I completed the submission. But the Create-A-Canvas did not go to my email address. Is there something wrong with that form?Thanks

    Incomplete means they did no paid and changed their mind at last minute. If you completed them manually this will not affect them directly.

    The Create A Canvas form is sending to this email  ear****ts@opt****m.net  is that the one it supposed to go?

    You should also check your spam folder, as I checked our mail log, and I can see there is no problem on those records
