Conditional auto-responder emails are not being sent.

    For my form called:  Expense Reimbursement the email based on the attached condition is not being sent.  

    I previously sent another help submisson but it did not have an attached screen print.

    I did check your form and it seems you have approval based form and the condition should trigger when submission is edited and approved. 

    The reason why emails are not being sent from "Approval Request to SUM" auto-responder email alert is because "Send on Edit" in email alert is not enabled. Please check the screenshot below:


    I would suggest you to please edit your form's auto-responder email alert and enable "Send on Edit" to fix the issue.
