Product list widget help

Hi there, 

I have created an order form for our sales team. I have 3 criteria in each product:

1. Keg or Case?

2. Quantity?

3. Discount

Currently its only included in the order if the discount textbox is clicked in OR if you click the checkbox. 

Is there a way to make sure the product is included if only the first 2 criteria are changed?

Please note that the discount option you have added is actually the quantity field. That is the reason why if you do not select that option, product will not be added in order. 

I would suggest you to please explain your discount requirement in detail. If user input any value in discount textbox, what exactly the calculation needs to be?
