We have been dealing with that third option of the Thank You page that lets you edit the message, and not the background.  I am using my jotform in an iframe and almost solved the problem!

I clicked the html button which is the last button on the editor.  I made some code that changes the div that the message is in, but leaves some white space, forming a border.  Can anyone get rid of the white space around it? Jotform developers please help!  I made this thank you page a fixed size, background and text color.

    <div style="background-color: rgb(49, 49, 49); border: medium none; width: 620px; height: 480px; text-align: center; color: rgb(190, 214, 57);" align="center"><font size="3"><span style="background-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"></span></font><br><div style="text-align: left;"><font size="3"></font><font size="3"></font><br style="font-weight: bold;"><font size="3"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Thanks for writing me, I will get back to you as soon as possible.</span></font><font size="3"><span style="font-weight: bold;"></span></font></div></div>

We are aware of the problems on the HTML editor that edits the Thank You page and we will be finding a solution for that. It is currently not possible to change the backround color.
