Email field errors

    Why is it asking to input email in section that not needed

    Why is the Date Of Birth in Spanish ?????

    How do we change the form name to our name is shows the template name when we send it out

    Hello @beautifulbeauties00,

    Our apologies for the inconvenince that you have experienced.

    After checking your form, I have found that you are actually using Email fields for short text questions. The reason you get errors in the form is that Email fields check to make sure the value entered is a valid email.

    So when you ask questions like 'Relationship' the user will enter normal text like 'Parent' or 'Relative' and that is going to be wrong as it is not a valid email. Here is a screen recording for reference:

    As you can see, you have quite a few Email fields that do not actually request Emails, this is going to cause many errors. To resolve this issue you will need to remove the Email fields where Emails are not needed and replace them with the Short Text field instead.

    For your other questions, I have gone ahead and moved them to new support tickets so we can avoid confusion among inquiries.
