How do I add additional inventory to my widget?

I am using a jotform with the inventory widgets. I have set up my product and added the amount of inventory for that product. When someone makes a purchase, it subtracts that amount appropriately,  but when I receive more of that product, how do I increase the on hand  amount in the widget? I've tried everything and it just keeps resetting to the previous amount.

Hi Janinne,

You can increase the available quantity by adding the total amount of product you have including the ones you sell.

For example, you have a quantity of 10 for some product, then you sell 2 and you have 8 on hand. If you want to change the remaining amount to 12 from 8, just add the difference between the current remaining amount and the amount you want to the initial amount which is 10 + (12 - 8) = 14
