Square Integration: Why isn't this processing payments?

    I have taken all of the steps to connect square to Jotform, and it appears to be connected, but transactions will not complete. This is an ongoing issue with my customers now for months. Please help!

    Here is one of my forms-- it says they're connected but yet payments won't go through.

    Hello @KundaliniRising

    I have checked your form and it seems that your users are being directed to Square via a web link placed on your Thank you Page. Kindly notice that this link is not connected to JotForm.

    If you'd like to to make Square payments through our forms you should use our Square integration. For more information, kindly refer to this documentaion:

    hi. yes i have done that hundreds of times and “connected” square with the jotform. it even says it’s connected but yet it doesn’t go through. i ended up doing to an alternate way, but i would definitely like to know what i have been doing wrong and why it won’t work.

    Also, I see you've currently removed the payment field from your form, may you please add it to your form again and keep it there so we can check it further?
