    I am new to this platform, and I see a notice saying we are out of submission storage. Does this mean submissions are not being captured?

    Hi, thank you for contacting Jotform support.

    As per checked on our system, your total submission exceeded its limit. For the Free plan, you can store 500 total submissions under your account.

    When any of the limits exceeded for the account, the forms shall be disabled and you'll not be able to receive further submissions. You may upgrade the account to the next plan available as per your requirement.
