Unable to integrate with PayPal Business.

    My client is trying to setup her paypal to accept payments for a product she is selling. she has a business account with paypal and signs in on the payment screen for the jotform. She's then asked to confirm her email but she isn't receiving that email at all.

    May I know if her business PayPal account is already activated? I have a business PayPal and I'm not presented with the screen you've mentioned. 

    Please ask her to test PayPal Checkout and see if that works. It's also compatible with PayPal business accounts so kindly test and let us know if she is able to integrate with PayPal Checkout.
