I am currently exploring online forms creation tools for use by Sutter Health, a large health care network in Northern California. So far, your tool looks promising, but as a health care company, we have very strict security requirements which lead me to the following questions:

    1.      If we use your online forms, would you be willing to sign a BAA as required by HIPAA?

If that’s not possible, would you be willing to have Sutter Health internally host your application?

    Hi Nixon,

Thank you for your interest in JotForm. We're looking forward to serve your needs.

If you require stringent security standards, the best solution for you is to host your own data using your own servers. You will have complete control over your information, including the implementation of security measures while JotForm only provides the interface and code. JotForm allows you to do this using JotForm Application. Please click here to learn more about this product.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Thank you and have a great day!
