How to get annotated picture widget to show on smart PDF fillable form?

    Hi, 

    I have created this form and I need either the "draw on image" widget OR the "Annotate Picture" widget to show up on the final pdf that looks like my updated pdf image.  Is this possible?

    Unfortunately, widgets could not be mapped on the Original PDF. You could check the submissions in the PDF document generated.
