My account was suspended because I was creating a form and asked for the last 4 digits of a customers credit card. I didn't think the last four digits was an issue. I own and operate a car wash business. I sell monthly memberships through my POS system. Please remove the 4 digit field if it's against pci compliance. I'm not phishing or a scam. I was just trying to find a way to identify a customer and match them with a credit card on file in my pos system.

Hello Andy! I've removed the field in which you're asking for the last 4 digits of credit card from both of your forms and activated your account.

Asking for Credit card information is strictly prohibited as per our terms.

In case you come across any further issues, let us know.

    Thank you!
