No, I mean valid date phone numbers based on the location. For example, UK phone numbers and mobiles numbers are a certain length and formats. On forms I build myself, and on landing page builders such as unbounce.com, you can made a valid phone number a requirement so a user can't enter something like 09918129 that isn't a phone number.
