Will there be a way I can also choose in the field names for a field ID to use in the email notification?

    (2) In the Product List properties I see different "field IDs". That's good.
But... when I create a email notification (or PDF) I can only choose in the available fields names for "Product List" and no more.

This mean it's the Product List as it is and no personal settings are possible.

Will there be a way I can also choose in the field names for a field ID to use in the email notification?
Cause then I can create of course the layout of the invoice exact how I want.

Below a small example of invoice how I like it and want to have it. Would this layout and columns be possible in Jotform with the Product List?

    (3) And in case the answer for question 2 will be positive...
Is there a way I can detect what each Field ID will mean?
Example: what means #input_8_1002 ? Is this product number 1 or number 2... or the amount ? Or something else ?

There is a way to strip the payment labels to separate payment details on email alerts. The instructions on how you can do that can be found here. How-to-Strip-Payment-Labels-and-Separate-Payment-Info-on-Email-Alerts

Although you can separate in the email notification the following payment details:

    transactionid

    total

    subtotal

    tax

    shipping

    product

I'm afraid that it would not be possible to separate the product details (Quantity, Price, Product Name, etc) just like the one in your screenshot.

Is there a way I can detect what each Field ID will mean?

Each Field ID represents the input element on each product you have in the payment field. Here's an example:

    Hi Mike_G

I can solve the invoice issue when I create the PDF myself. Then I put the items where I want.
I have nearly all items for layout.

BUT: only thing I don't have is the details of the product:

When I choose today for 'Product' field, this I will get in this (ugly) way:

    Product PRO Jupiler 0% - 33 cl (Amount: 1.00 EUR, Hoeveelheid: 1)
PRO Cola Zero - 25 cl (Amount: 1.30 EUR, Hoeveelheid: 1)

However, when I use an invoice template, the details of the product ARE stripped. So Jotform has already been done this in a proper way. So I'm sure there there must exist individual 'field names' for product, quantity and price ?

Don't worry about the titles in the blue background. When I create the layout of the invoice (PDF) myself I will also take care of it.

Would be great if you can help me with the 'field names' !

    Once again, thanks !!!!
    Best regards - Marc

As per our guide, you can only get the value of the following payment suffix.

1598869285How to Strip Payment Labels an Screenshot 10

The value generated by the PDF invoice is another thing. Yes, it is there, but the parameter to call it is not available. That means it needs to be coded and added to the list of payment suffix shown above.

Right now, it's only available to be formatted in PDF. We can submit a feature request, but that doesn't guarantee that the feature will be added anytime soon.
