You're out of form view limit

Hi, I have only just signed up to a plan and already have an out of form view limit warning which is impossible as its only a couple of people in the office that have had access to it.

Whats going on?

I've checked your account under username "progressivetraining". Everything looks normal. Can you please show us the emails you received about reaching your limit in a screenshot? Please also tell us the date on which you received that email.
