Form Views

We signed up for JotForms 1 week ago to the bronze package which has a limit of 25 forms, 1000 submissions, 10,000 monthly form views, and 100 payment submissions. Now, 1 week later we have reached our form views?? 10,000 views in a week on forms only accessed by 4 or 5 people in our office. I don't think so. You will fix this now or give me a refund.
