    Hi, thank you for contacting Jotform support.

    Please refer to this guide on how to cancel your subscription. How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-and-Downgrade-Back-to-Free

    Please note that after cancelling your subscription, your account will no longer be billed on the Next Billing Date. Moreover, your account will still remain on Bronze plan for the period you paid for.
