form reservation feature

Hello,

I am looking to create a form. This form is to reserve one of 32 golf courses through a charity donation. I would like it to be that once the person purchases a round of golf, they are redirected to this form. Once the course is selected and reserved, the reserved course would be unavailable to be selected for the next person.

Please let me know if there is a form that can do this, as I couldn't find one.

You may try using the gift registry widget and add the 32 golf courses and set the quantity to 1.

Your form users would only be able to select a single course by changing the max selection to 1.
