Is there a way to export a form?

Asked by esetiawan on May 13, 2011 at 03:28 PM

    Hello,

I am creating a test demo form for a department. If they decide to proceed and make a new account, is there a way to export the form that I made from this account to another account?

    Thanks!

    Hello Emil,

Yes, this can be done but unfortunately, the submissions that you have received cannot be exported to the other account.

Here's what you need to do:

First is that find the URL of your form by going to Setup & Embed tab and clicking Embed Form, get the URL of your form there (Then I figured you only have created one form so here it is: https://www.jotform.com/form/11305408796).

To import the form to the other account:

    1. Go to My Forms page
    2. Click New Form
    3. Select Import Form
    4. Select From a web page
    5. Type the URL of your form you wish to import in the field provided

Let us know if you're experiencing any problems.

If you have other questions or concerns, please let us know.

    Thanks and warm regards,

    -Liyam

I'm running into a problem importing from url. When attempting to import it get the message -

"No form found on the page. Please check the source code you provided"

This is only the case with some of the forms on my site.  Any idea why I'm able to import some and not others?
