    Cannot See Forms

    If any of my forms are not in a folder I cannot not see it on MY FORMS. Also, some forms, as an example, Order Form 15-2 test, cannot be seen in MY FORMS, even though it is in a folder. There are more like this but I can't remember them and cannot see them to remember them. This has been happening ever since MY FORMS has been switched from .php. When I try to use the old .php, http://www.jotform.com/page.php?p=myforms, the forms are now starting to not load at all and it takes like 10 or more refreshes of the page to get them to load. Help me, this is making my productivity drop.

    Hi,

    I am sorry to hear about the problem that you ae having. I was able to see the Order Form 15-2 in your account when I logged in as you and looked around. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and let us know if that did not resolve the problem. Also if the problem is still there after you have cleared your cache please let us know which browser you are using so that we can try to reproduce the problem.

    I have tried clearing my cache numerous times, and even rebooted. My browser is chrome Version 28.0.1500.95 m. The problem is still there after clearing my cache.

    I checked your forms in the new my forms page and I can view them fine like my other colleague. I am using Chrome too.

    I searched on the mentioned form and it was there. May we ask you to try it again this time? If you have Firefox, kindly check it there. Maybe it was a browser related issue. I checked both IE and other browsers but I can view all your forms fine.
