    submissions to me have changed

        Somewhere between April and May (this month) the submissions to me have changed.  I send out a form to about 35 folks asking them to submit their responses (to me).  Up to and including April, submissions were nicely formatted and typically looked like the 1st sample shown below.  My form has a check box for every day, and only the boxed checked showed up on the submission to me. 

        Starting in May, they now show up as shown in the 2nd sample below.  Now I see every day listed, with only the checked box days showing up with dates.  Why was it changed? Can it be reverted to the former format?  Is this a change I have to make, or is it something on Jotform's end?  (FYI, I have always used and continue to use Mozilla's Thunderbird for my mailer program.)

        Another change that I'm seeing -- and this one I think is a good one -- is that the "from" line on the message now shows the name of the sender [like this: "Delaney, Bob" <noreply@jotform.com>] whereas before it showed "from: Jotform <noreply@jotform.com>." 

        Is it possible to fall back to the former format while still keeping the new "from" line??  I know, I know... I can always go to the Jotform web site and see the responses there, and they're formatted nicely.  What I want to know relates to the submissions that I receive via e-mail.

    Thank you for your message. I was able to confirm the issue you described. I believe that the fastest and surest way to resolve it is to create an entirely new email notification. If the new notification works, you can delete the old one you created.
