When I first started my account, I configured the settings to send me an email everytime someone completed my Jotform form. However now I'm not receiving emails and can't remember where the settings are located. Please help. I need these email notifications in order to receive this information in real time.

I checked your form and you do not have any notification for email alerts. You should create one to be able to received email when someone submits an entry using our form. Here's a guide: How to Setup Email Notification
