    Please HELP! When accessing form via a mobile phone it comes up with error.

    This is an entry form for a national championship coming up with people accessing solely via their phone. 

    The message is below:

     

    Error 522 - Connection timed out.

    Browser working fine.

    CloudFlare working fine.

    form.jotform.co - host error.

     

    What happened?

    The initial connection between CloudFlare's network and the origin web server timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed. 

    What can I do?

    If you're a visitor of this website. Please try again in a few minutes.

    If you're the owner of this website.

    Contact your hosting provider letting them know your web server is not completing requests. An error 522 means that the requests was able to connect to your web server, but that the request didn't finish. The most likely cause is that something on your server is hogging resources.

    Hi,

    Does it shows fine when the form is loaded on your desktop? I checked your form with iPhone and it seems to be just fine. Does it occurs just today? Can you please try to clear your mobile browsers cache and cookies? If this doesn't help, let us know here so we can look into this further.
