When I receive an inquiry from my Jotform "Contact Us' page, into my e-mail bin, in the email "FROM" area, the code =?UTF-8?B??= appears instead of the name JotForm. I am using WIndows Live Mail for about a year and it has never done this before. It has been happening for approximately 1 month or so.

    Hi,

The Sender Name from your Form Notification settings is empty which probably caused this to happen. I've fixed and choose the Name field from your form.  Please kindly test or monitor and let us know if it still there.

    Thanks

New response receivedThanks Welvin. I really appreciate it. It works better than before. Could you possibly tell me where the Sender Name in the Form Notifcations are located for my future use?
    Thanks Again.

The sender name is located at your email alerts settings

To get there, simply follow these steps

    1. My Forms section.

    2. Select the form and click on "Edit".

    3. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar.

    4. Click on "Email Alerts" and select "Notification":

    5. Click on "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button (third from the right along the bottom)

And map the Sender Name to a question in your form, usually the Name question
