I checked wit one person and she said she only submitted it once. I have deleted the duplicates now, but it still count toward my monthly total, which is not a good thing, since I am trying to stay within my monthly limit. These seems to come only a few seconds apart. Can you let me know why it is happening?

The duplicate submissions that you are receiving might be a case where the user submits the form twice without even noticing as a result of poor internet connection at the time of submission. However this can be prevented and you can restrict each user to only one submission. Please review this guide for more information on how to prevent this. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks, I already know about this setting, but the form is used for booking and users need to be able to re-use the form as needed. Not sure now if there is anything that can be done. I am pretty sure that they are not intentionally resending their request.

I have reset the counter from 40 to 30.
Also, I've checked your form and it looks like the sender "From" email address was not stablished. So I set it to email@example.com while the Reply-To address it's yours. Let me know if you agree with that, otherwise, you should configure your custom sender email following this guide
As per the duplicate emails, can you please tell me if this form is used on its standalone version or if its already embedded into your website? if this is the case, please share with us the URL where the form is so we can check further and advise if there is a possible conflict between our form and your page's code

Yes the form is embeded at http://www.totallythomastown.com/Bookings.asp We had it before when the Sender E-Mail was actually the user email and then it stopped somehow.

I checked your embedded form and there's indeed a problem. Your form validation failed to work due to script conflict. This might be the reason why you get multiple submissions. The best way to resolved this is to re-embed your form using iFrame. How to get your iFrame Embed Code.
Let me also suggest to put a captcha field to your form. This makes it harder for the human spammer to submit your form multiple times.

Thanks I re-embed the form using iFrame, will see if that works better before adding a captcha field.
