Who can I call to purchase the 9.95 upgrade.. i have been trying to do it online and am failing miserably

I've check our record,and your account is already subscribed to our Premium Monthly Plan.
However, I check your email address and found out your Email Message about the Tax imposed to your payment. Only our Payment Processor - BlueSnap/Plimus can change it.
Here's another option:

FastSpring won't impose a tax to your Payment. FastSpring is our second option when it comes to an issue like this.
2. We will refund your payment through BlueSnap/Plimus.
Let us know which one do you prefer. Either, we will contact BlueSnap/Plimus to remove the tax from your payments (which usually takes up to 3 days) or change your Payment Method to FastSpring.
